Shadow Visit Request

The Shadow Visit allows you the opportunity to observe animal-assisted therapy at Lend-A-Heart
facilities and participate with the teams and clients. Do not bring your pet to the visit.

A prospective team must attend one shadow visit prior to evaluating.
Go to the Facility Calendar and note the date and time of the visit you wish to shadow. 
Send an email to lendaheart.aat@gmail.com to request the Shadow Visit.
All requests should be sent at least 48 hours prior to the visit.
