You and your pet are invited to join us at a General Membership Meeting. At the meeting you learn
about Lend A Heart and upcoming animal-friendly events in your community. We're a fun, friendly
group of animal lovers. We gather the last Thursday of each month at 7pm in the Activities Room
at El Camino Gardens, located at 2426 Garfield Avenue, Carmichael, CA 95608. There's additional
parking behind the facility off El Camino Ave. The meeting lasts about an hour or so. We're looking
forward to getting to know you and your pet!

K9 Etiquette
 Grooming – clean, brushed, trimmed nails & free of fleas
Arrive early. Allow your dog 10-15 minutes outside the facility to acclimate
Dogs remain on lead at all times
Be proactive and supportive with your pet
Promote calm interactions - no jumping, lunging, growling or barking
Give the gift of personal space. Where possible, allow a little distance between animals
Small discreet treats only. No bones, rawhides or chew toys
Have fun!
